Job Description
Job Title: Hire Desk Controller
Location: Lincolnshire
Package: £30,000 - £45,000 Basic (Salary will be negotiable DOE), Company Pension, 22 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays (Holiday Allowance Increases with Length of Service), Training Provided.
Job Description:
Due to expansion and growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hire Desk Controller to join a well-established, independent hire company who specialise in plant machinery and powered access equipment.

Responsibilities of the Role:
• Working as a team in a busy hire desk environment
• Taking hire enquiries over the phone
• Checking availability of machines and ensuring machine checks are up to date
• Delivering high levels of customer service to all customers
• Supporting the General Manager with the day to day running of the branch
Requirements of Role:
• Previous experience working as a Hire Controller or Assistant Manager
• Experience working within the Powered Access or Plant Hire industry is essential
• Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills
• Experience working with Inspire systems would be advantageous
