Regional Sales Manager – Heavy Plant – South UK/Home Based with travel 
A main UK dealer, specialising in Heavy Plant, are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to cover the South of the UK. The opportunity would be well suited to an individual with strong experience within the Heavy Plant sector with proven managerial experience of a high performing sales team in a business specialising in Heavy Plant/Construction.

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the region
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management
The successful Regional Sales Manager will have:
  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the construction or heavy machinery industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to travel as needed within the designated region.
